To ensure you get all the text you want to print follow this guide:-

If you click on the printing ICON displayed in the Internet Explorer browser you will also print the navigation buttons and colour banner which may result in some of the text not being printed and will waste your colour ink.

To check before printing left click on PRINT PREVIEW in the PRINT menu.

If some of the text is missing on the right hand side, left click FILE then PAGE SET UP. Under MARGINS, reduce the left and right margin values to 6mm. Check PRINT PREVIEW again and all the text should be shown.

Left click, hold down and drag the mouse to highlight the text you want to print.

Then left click on FILE in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Then left click on PRINT from the menu.

In the PRINT GENERAL window left click on SELECTION under PAGE RANGE

A green dot should move from ALL to SELECTION.

Now left click PRINT at the bottom of the print window

You will now only print the area of text selected by highlighting.
