Why bother with Recruitment Agencies?
There are currently many vacancies with house builders for most disciplines. Those looking to jump ship would be advised to check the housebuilder's own websites for vacancies. There is absolutely no need to use a recruitment agency! Most vacancies can be applied for online with relative ease. Remember you are more likely to be offered a higher salary by applying directly as there will be no agency fees involved. You can also be 100% sure the vacancy is genuine too!
