Please find enclosed further copies of correspondence I have had with my house builder Messrs Bodgit Homes (Southern) Ltd.
As they show little intention of attending to the defects in my new home I wish to make a claim under the Buildmark warranty.
Can you please arrange for your inspector to visit my home, should this be necessary at the earliest opportunity.
I am surprised that it has been so difficult to get defects attended to by one of the biggest national house builders. I wish I had never bought a brand new home!
