Further to my letter to you on ***** I regret to inform you that nothing has been resolved. I have given your company a reasonable opportunity to resolve my complaint. You have, over a long period, continued to fail to do so.
Unless I hear from you within the next seven days, I will arrange for the remedial works to be completed myself and take your company to court to recover my costs. The cost of my legal action will be added to my claim.
Please note time is of the essence.
