Re: Plot number, Home type/name, Development name,  Southampton.

Since I moved into my new home four weeks ago, I have found several problems that require your attention under the terms of the NHBC Buildmark warranty.

1. Kitchen tap dripping.

2. No draught excluder to front door.

3. Bathroom door does not latch.

4. Bedroom 1 door sticks.

5. Telephone extension to bedroom and lounge not working.

6. Lounge window is scratched.

7. Tile to socket in kitchen cracked.

8. Extractor fan to bathrooms - one not working, one noisy.

9. Chip to worktop.

I appreciate that the replacement worktop may take up to four weeks to be delivered, in the meantime I trust you will arrange for the other items as discussed to be attended to as soon as possible but within the next 14 days.

I would confirm that I have given a copy of this letter to Sue in the sales office and sent a copy to your company’s customer care department for their records.
